Sports and Athletic Performance

Youth training (ages 7 to 12) Training is designed to introduce the youngest of athletes to all areas of athletic development in a fun & positive class style training environment! We focus on increasing movement, body awareness, coordination, speed, agility and body weight strength, which are the key foundation to any athletic program, resulting in superior athleticism for all sports.

High school training (ages 13 to 18) This program is designed to unlock the raw talent in every athlete.   We focus on the key aspects of sports: change of direction, acceleration, deceleration, linear and lateral speed. We create the ultimate athlete through mobility, stability, strength and power. This program builds on an athlete’s physical foundation and refines their skills in order for them to maximize their strength, aerobic and/or sport specific training. Athletes will also learn the skills and conditioning necessary to help prevent injuries through various warm-ups, exercises and techniques.

Professional training  This programming for collegiate and professional athletes helps the athlete maximize their career or prepare to play on a professional level. GTC offers both in and off season programs at our state of the art facility and focuses on injury prevention, nutrition, recovery, mobility, stability, maximum speed and power output.

Adult Training and Fitness

Adult training (ages 18 to 64) Training for adults of all experience level who are frustrated with their current fitness regime because they are not seeing improvement and results. Instructors are trained to evaluate your body’s strengths and capabilities using a Functional Movement Screen which allows them to customize your class experience, optimize your results and help you achieve goals you thought were not possible.  

Assisted Stretching and Active Recovery

Coaches can assist members to stay flexible and mobile by providing active stretching and recovery support. Adult members can also benefit from regular stretching to increase range of motion, improve posture, decrease stress and decrease pain.
